Riyad REIT Fund has appointed Abdulrahman Abdulaziz Al-Mashal as a dependent board member, fund manager Riyad Capital said in a bourse statement today.
Al-Mashal replaced Faraj Saad AlGabbani as of Sept. 5, it added.
