Arabian Shield approves holding off dividend for FY18, elects board members

Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders have approved a board recommendation to hold off on issuing a cash dividend for fiscal year 2018, the company said in a statement.

 

Shareholders have also elected board members for the new three-year term started on Sept. 11, 2019.

 

The new board includes Sultan bin Mohammed bin Saud Al Kabeer, Sameer Al Wazzan, Abdullah Bin Abdulrahman Al-Obeikan, Turki Bin Nasser Al-Motawaa Al-Otaibi, Raed Bin Ali Al Saif and Mohammed A. Bin Ali.

 

Meanwhile, the general assembly has approved the formation of the audit committee for the new term.
