Advanced Petrochemical Co.’s board of directors has recommended a 6.5 percent cash dividend for the third quarter of 2019, at SAR 0.65 per share, amounting to SAR 140.7 million.
In September, Advanced Petrochemical increased its capital to SAR 2.1647 billion from SAR 1.97 billion through a 10 percent bonus shares.
The company paid SAR 1.4 per share cash dividend for H1 2019 or 14 percent of capital before increase.
