Al Ahsa appoints new CEO

Al Ahsa Development’s (ADC) board of directors appointed on Tuesday Raed Bin Mohammed Al-Naeem as new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) replacing Saad Bin Amash Al-Shammary, effective as of Dec. 22, 2019.

 

The company said in a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) that Al-Shammary will remain as Deputy Chairman and member of the Investment Committee.

 

Al-Naeem has more than 20 years of experience in the banking sector. Recently, he served as head of the eastern region in the corporate banking sector at Al Bilad Bank, the statement added.
