Maharah Human Resources Co. announced on Wednesday that the executive board member, Yousef Bin Mohamed Al Gafari, submitted his resignation on Dec.18, 2019.

The company, in a statement to Tadawul, said the board of directors approved the resignation on Dec. 31, noting that it was effective from the approval date.
