Takween elects new board of directors

Takween Advanced Industries’ (Takween) shareholders elected new board members for the 3-year term, starting Jan. 21, 2020, the company said in a statement.

 

Shareholders also appointed a new audit committee for the same term, and amended the remuneration policies of the board of directors, committees and the executive management.
