Thimar unable to disclose FY2019 financials

National Agriculture Marketing Co. (Thimar) announced its inability to publish financial statements for the fiscal year 2019 within the specified period, the company said in a bourse statement today.

 

Thimar explained that it was unable to issue its financial results on time as the company hasn’t completed the preliminary financials for Q3 2019.

 

The company further added that it is still in the process of completing the external auditor’s requirements.

 

Thimar expects to publish the FY2019 financial statements after disclosing Q3 2019 results, the statement added.
