AlBaha unable to disclose FY2019 financials

AlBaha Investment & Development Co. announced its inability to publish financial statements for the fiscal year 2019 within the specified period, the company said in a bourse statement today.

 

The company further explained that the external auditor did not complete the auditing procedure on time.

 

Financial statements for the period ended December 31, 2019 are expected to be published before April 25, 2020 after completing the audit procedures, the statement added.

 

The company also said that trading suspension might be applied according to the listing rules announced on March 25, 2019.
