Ash-Sharqiyah accepts board member’s resignation

Ash-Sharqiyah Development Co.’s board of directors approved today the resignation of the board member, Khaled Al Shehab, who resigned from his position on April 07, 2020.

 

The company said in a bourse filing that Al Shehab stepped down citing personal reasons, and has desired to retain his position as chairman of the audit committee.
