Al-Baha Investment and Development Co. announced that the government’s precautionary measures to curb the spread of coronavirus will impact its business and financial results.
The company said in a statement to Tadawul that the precautionary measures will also impact the business and financial results of its subsidiaries, as affected tenants requested payment deferral, discount or grace period as a result of the pandemic.

On the private sector’s support packages, the company said it is working closely with relevant authorities to identify the support mechanism and feasibility.
