TADCO appoints two board members

Tabuk Agricultural Development Co.’s (TADCO) board of directors appointed Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al Shetwi and Tariq bin Abdulaziz Al Hamad as independent board members effective from May 13, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The decision is pending approval from the company’s general assembly.
