Al Sorayai announces changing name to Naseej International Trading Co.

Al Sorayai Trading and Industrial Group announced the change of its name to Naseej International Trading Co., after the extraordinary general assembly meeting held on April 26, 2020 approved the change.

 

Al-Sorayai’s shareholders approved, during the extraordinary general assembly meeting in April, amending article 2 of the company’s bylaws related to its name and rebranding it into Naseej International Group, according to data available on Argaam.
