Thimar elects board members, rejects audit committee formation

National Agricultural Marketing Co.’s (Thimar) shareholders elected members of the board of directors for the new three-year term started on May 14, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The new board includes Sari Ibrahim Maayouf, Ibrahim Mohammed Al Shabib, Naif Al Salem, Ibrahim Abdul Karim Ibrahim Maayouf, Mohammed Fahed Raji Al Otaibi, Ahmed Tarek Abdul Rahman Murad and Fayez Abdullah Al Zaidi.

 

Shareholders, however, rejected the formation of the audit committee, as well as the board’s actions and decisions from March 6 until May 14, 2020.
