Ash-Sharqiyah Development to start e-voting for general meeting on June 4

Ash-Sharqiyah Development Co.’s shareholders will adopt as of June 4, 2020, the electronic voting for its ordinary general meeting (OGM) slated for June 8, 2020, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.

 

Shareholders will vote on audited financial statements, as well as audit and board reports for the fiscal year 2019, according to a bourse filing.

 

Moreover, shareholders will vote on appointing an external auditor, discharging board members from liability for FY2019, in addition to electing board members for the coming three-year term starting on July 20, 2020.

 

They will also vote on the formation of a new audit committee for three years as of July 20, 2020.
