Arab Sea to elect board of directors, form audit committee on Aug. 19

Arab Sea Information Systems Co.'s (Arab Sea) shareholders will elect a new board of directors for the coming three-year term starting Sept. 17, 2020, during the company's extraordinary general meeting (EGM) slated for August 19, 2020.

 

Shareholders will also appoint a new auditor for 2020 and Q1 2021, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

In addition, shareholders will form a new audit committee for the next three-year term, the statement added.

 

Further, shareholders will vote on amending articles of incorporation as regards company's purposes, board's capacities, general meetings and authorities of chairman as well as managing director.
