Taleem REIT posts SAR 35.72 mln rental income in 9M 2020

Taleem REIT Fund reported SAR 35.72 million rental income in the first nine months of 2020, the fund’s quarterly statement showed.

 

Rental income period unit on Sept. 30 reached 6.58%.

 

Net asset value (NAV) totaled SAR 541.94 million in the same period, with NAV per unit standing at SAR 10.6.
