Al Kathiri to compensate rights issue owners for unsubscribed shares

Al Kathiri Holding Co. announced Nov. 12, 2020, as the start date for distribution of compensation to right issues owners who did not use their rights to subscribe to new share, the firm said in a bourse filing.

 

The total amount to be distributed stands at SAR 4.63 million.

 

Last month, Al Kathiri’s shareholders approved a 100% capital hike from SAR 45.21 million to SAR 90.42 million through a rights issue.
