Dur Hospitality plans to sue financial institution to challenge contracts

Dur Hospitality Co. is planning to file a complaint with the competent authorities against a financial institution to challenge and invalidate some contracts, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

It is difficult currently to predict the financial impact of these contracts on the company.

 

Dur will announce further developments in due course.

 

The company did not disclose further details about the contracts and the financial institution that it intends to file a complaint against.
