CMA imposes SAR 40,000 fine on National Building

Saudi Arabia’s Capital Market Authority (CMA) imposed a fine of SAR 40,000 on National Building & Marketing Co. for its violation of paragraph (2) of Article (90) of the rules on the offer of securities and continuing obligations, according to a regulator statement.

 

The company did not disclose its interim financial semi-annual statements for the period ending on June 30, 2020 within the specified period.
