Ash-Sharqiyah shareholders form new audit committee

Ash-Sharqiyah Development Co.'s shareholders approved forming the audit committee for the upcoming three-year term, ending on July 19, 2023, during the ordinary general meeting held on Dec. 1, 2020, according to a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders also determined the remuneration and duties for the committee members.

 

The committee members are Mansour Al-Ghamdi, Abdul Karim Al Shamekh and Jassim Al-Rumaihi.
