Naseej to open e-voting on EGM items tomorrow

Naseej International Trading Co. will open the electronic voting on the items of the company’s extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on Thursday, Dec. 17, 2020, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The e-voting will continue until the end of EGM on Dec. 20, 2020, the statement added.

 

Shareholders will vote on reducing capital to SAR 61.63 million from SAR 178.16 million.

 

Accordingly, the total number of the company's shares will decrease from 17.82 million to 6.16 million.

 

There will be no material impact from the capital decrease on its financial liabilities.

 

Shareholders registered in Tadawulaty portal can vote via http://www.tadawulaty.com.sa
