MESC names Yahya Al-Qunaibit as chairman

Middle East Specialized Cables Co.’s (MESC) board of directors appointed Yahya Al-Qunaibit, non-executive board member, as chairman of the board, as of Jan. 1, 2021, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Saad Bin Amash Al-Shammary, an independent member, was also named as vice board chairman as of Jan. 1, 2021, the statement added.
