National Building to open e-voting on EGM items on Dec. 28

National Building and Marketing Co. (NBM) will open the electronic voting on the items of the company’s extraordinary general meeting (EGM) tomorrow, Dec. 28, 2020.

 

The e-voting will continue until Dec. 31, 2020, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders registered in Tadawulaty portal can vote online from 10 am until 4 pm.

 

Company shareholders are set to vote on increasing capital to SAR 120 million from SAR 60 million, during the EGM.
