National Building shareholders to discuss dividend freeze for 2020 on May 6

National Building and Marketing Co.’s (NBM) shareholders will vote on the board of director's recommendation on withholding dividend for 2020, during the ordinary general meeting scheduled for May 6, 2021.
 

They will also vote on the board of directors’ decision on the company’s transition to the main market.

Shareholders will approve the board of directors and auditors’ reports, as well as the 2020 financial statements.
