Thimar says SAR 22.4 mln favorable court ruling becomes final

National Agricultural Marketing Co. (Thimar) said that the preliminary court ruling issued in its favor in November 2020, amounting to SAR 22.41 million, against an investor acquired final status.

 

The final judgment will be received within two weeks to initiate remaining measures, the company said in a bourse filing today, April 18, 2021.

 

Any important development will be announced in due course.

 

In November 2020, Thimar announced that a preliminary court ruling was issued in its favor by Riyadh Commercial Court, amounting to a claim of SAR 22.41 million, for repayment of the remaining debt, Argaam reported.
