Red Sea names audit committee member

Red Sea International Co.’s board of directors appointed Mohammed Zaher Al-Munajjed (independent) as an audit committee member, for the current three-year term ending on May 9, 2024, according to a bourse filing.

The appointment will be effective as of the approval date of the coming general assembly meeting.

Al-Munajjed has over 30 years of experience in leading positions. He holds an MBA in business administration from Harvard Business School and a Masters’ degree in French International Law from the St Joseph University in Beirut.
