SAIC to start e-voting for EGM on May 27

Saudi Advanced Industries Co.’s (SAIC) shareholders will start on May 27, 2021, the electronic voting for the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), slated for May 31, 2021, according to a bourse filing.

 

They will vote on the board’s recommendation on paying cash dividend at 2.5%, or SAR 0.25 a share, totaling SAR 12.5 million for H2 2020.
