Development Works Food submits capital hike file to CMA

Development Works Food Co. submitted today, May 31, 2021, a request for capital increase through bonus shares, to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Any updates in the matter will be announced in due course.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, the company’s board of directors recommended a 20% capital hike to SAR 30 million through issuing two bonus shares for each 10 shares held.
