Ash-Sharqiyah names two board members

Ash-Sharqiyah Development Co.’s board of directors approved appointing Salman bin Ahmed bin Yahya Jassas and Abdul Rahman bin Muhammad bin Abdul Rahman Al Drees as independent members of the company’s board.

Both members are appointed also as members of the nominations and remunerations committee stating from today, June 17, until the end of the current term on July 19, 2023, the company said in a bourse filing.

The board’s approval is not final and will be submitted to the first meeting of the general assembly for approval.
