Ash-Sharqiyah shareholders to start e-voting for OGM on June 24

Ash-Sharqiyah Development Co.’s shareholders will start on June 24 the electronic voting on the agenda items of the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) scheduled for June 28, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will vote on board and audit reports, as well as audited financial statements for 2020, Argaam earlier reported.

 

They will also vote on discharging board members from liabilities for 2020.
