Etihad Atheeb to start e-voting on OGM on Aug. 23

Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co.'s (GO) shareholders will start electric voting as of Aug. 23 on the board and auditors reports for the fiscal year ended on March 31, 2021, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled on Aug. 25.

 

Shareholders will also review financial statements and discharge board members from liability for the same fiscal year.

 

The agenda items also include appointing auditors to review Q2, Q3 and Q4 2021/2022 along with Q1 2022/23, as well as setting their remunerations.
