Thob Al-Aseel shareholders elect new board of directors

Thob Al-Aseel Co.’s shareholders approved electing new board of directors for the three-year term, starting Sept. 4, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Aug. 26, according to a bourse filing.

The new board comprises Faisal Aljedaie as the Chairman, and Abdulrahman Abdullah Aljedaie, Mohammed Abdullah Aljedaie, Tariq Saad Altuwaijri and Ajlan Abdulrahman Alajlan as board members.

Shareholders also approved delegating the board of directors with the OGM authority for one year from the shareholders’ approval date or until the end of the board term.
