MESC announces resignation of CEO Fawaz Al-Muqbil as of Dec. 2

Middle East Specialized Cables Co.’s (MESC) board of directors accepted today, Sept. 29, the resignation of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Fawaz bin Mubarak Al-Muqbil, effective from Dec. 2, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The resignation was submitted for personal reasons and his unwillingness to renew the contract.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, Al-Muqbil was appointed the CEO of MESC as of Dec. 3, 2019.
