National Building resubmits request to move to main market

National Building and Marketing Co. resubmitted, on Oct. 16, its request to transit to the main market through the electronic system determined by the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).

 

The step followed the company’s board of directors’ approval on transition to main market, the company added in a bourse filing.

 

On June 17, National Building filed for transition from the parallel market to the main market to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) but withdrew the request on June 20, according to data compiled by Argaam.
