Walaa Insurance opens board membership nominations today

Walaa Cooperative Insurance Co. opens today, Nov. 1, nominations for membership on the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting May 26, 2022, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Interested and eligible shareholders can submit requests for nomination until Dec. 1, the statement added.
