National Building resubmits application for transition to main market

National Building and Marketing Co. (NBM) resubmitted today, Nov. 1, its application for transition to the main market, through the automated system set by the Saudi Tadawul Group.

 

The company said in a statement to Tadawul, that the step is expected to be finalized after completing the legal and regulatory procedures with the relevant authorities.

 

On June 17, NBM filed for transition to the main market to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) but withdrew the application on June 20 to finalize the required paperwork, according to data compiled by Argaam.

 

On Oct. 16, the company refiled for transition to the main market, but it received, on Oct. 20, an e-mail from Saudi Tadawul Group stating that its application for transition to the main market is “incomplete”.
