Ataa Educational Co. will start today, Nov. 4, the electronic voting on the agenda items of its ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on Nov. 7, according to a bourse filing.

The step follows the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives enabling shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda through Tadawulaty system, in line with the government’s efforts to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

Last month, the company invited its shareholders to vote on the board’s recommendation to distribute a 10% cash dividend, or SAR 1 per share, for the fiscal year (FY) ended July 31, 2021, Argaam reported.
