Tadawul to start subscription to Alkhaleej Training rights on Nov. 8

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced that subscription period and tradable rights trading for Alkhaleej Training and Education Co. will start on Nov. 8, according to a bourse filing.

 

The trading period will end on Nov. 15, while subscription will continue until Nov. 18, it added.

 

Tadawul noted that the fluctuation limits for trading tradable rights are different from the company's fluctuation limits of share price.

 

The company’s shareholders approved the board’s recommendation to increase capital from SAR 450 million to SAR 650 million via a SAR 200 million rights issue during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Nov. 3.
