Tadawul: Taiba goes ex-dividend today

Shares of Taiba Investments Co. have their ex-dividend today, Nov. 21.

 

The board of directors recommended an exceptional cash dividend at 40%, or SAR 4 a share for Q3 2021. However, the payment date has not been determined.

 

The board’s dividend proposal was driven by the company’s proceeds from a partial stake sale in SABIC Agri-Nutrients Co.
