Aseer shareholders to vote on changing name to Sinad Holding on Jan. 9

Shareholders of Aseer Trading, Tourism and Manufacturing Co. are set to vote on amending articles of association during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) that will be held on Jan. 9, 2022.

 

These include amending the company’s name to Sinad Holding Co., purpose and head office location, the firm said in a bourse filing today, Nov. 24.

 

E-voting on the meeting’s agenda will start from Jan. 5, 2022.
