Riyad REIT updates terms and conditions

Riyad Capital announced updates on the terms and conditions of Riyad REIT, as of Nov. 28, according to a bourse statement.

 

The main updated items include revised names for authorized persons regulation, authorized person, Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA), and Shariah committee.

 

It also includes updates on fund's classification, VAT percentage, real estate investment traded funds instructions, fund manager’s paid-in capital, funds managed by Riyad REIT’s board member, and CVs of Shariah committee members.
