Gas Arabian Services gets CMA approval to register, offer 790,000 shares on Nomu

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved today, Dec. 1, the application received from GAS Arabian Services Company for the registration and offering of 790,000 shares, or 5% of the company's capital in the Parallel Market - Nomu.
 

The offering will be limited to qualified investors stipulated in the glossary of defined terms used in CMA's regulations and rules. The prospectus will be published within sufficient time prior to the start of the offering.
 

CMA's approval on the application shall be valid for six months from the approval date. The approval shall be deemed cancelled if the offering and listing of the company's shares are not completed within this period.
