Astra opens nominations for board membership today

Astra Industrial Group opened today, Dec. 9, nominations for membership on the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting April 22, 2022.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, Astra said the nominations will be in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Law and the corporate governance regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority (CMA), in addition to the policy of criteria and procedures for board membership approved by the general assembly.

 

The election will take place during an upcoming general assembly meeting, the date for which will be announced after securing the necessary approvals from the respective authorities.
