AXA Cooperative Insurance Co.'s shareholders approved the appointment of board members to complete the current session during the ordinary general meeting held on Jan. 16, according to a bourse statement.
They gave the nod to appoint Osama Kishk, Bijan Khosrowshahi, Jean Cloutier and Farid Saber as non-executive board members from Sept. 6, 2021, until the end of the current term on July 31, 2024.
The new members replace Nicolas De Nazelle, Stephen Wagstaff, Ali Abdulla Kanoo and Matthieu Bebear.
