Al Dukheil Financial Group announces the dates for the book building process for the initial public offering of TIBBIYAH

Muhammad Abdulaziz Aldukheil, CEO of Aldukheil Financial Group, acting as the financial advisor and lead bookrunner for the offering of the shares of Arabian International Healthcare Holding Co. (Tibbiyah), revealed that Aldukheil Financial Group, in cooperation with Al Rajhi Capital and Derayah Financial (joint bookrunners), completed all requirements to start the book building process and offering of five million shares of Tibbiyah - 25% of the company's shares - for public subscription in the Parallel Market (Nomu).

 

Aldukheil explained that the final offer price for all subscribers will be determined following the completion of the book building process, which will start on Jan. 30, and lasts for five days till Feb. 3.

 

He added, following the determination of IPO price, offered shares will be provisionally allocated to qualified investors (non-individuals), final allocation would be determined following the end of the subscription period for qualified investors (individuals), which will start on Feb. 15 and ends on Feb. 17, where up to one million shares - 20% (maximum) of the total offer shares - will be allocated to qualified investors (individuals).

 

Aldukeil commented, Tibbiyah, founded by Al Faisaliah Holding Group, is considered one of the leading players in the healthcare sector in the Kingdom, and its listing in the parallel market is considered as a strong addition and support to the market in general and to the healthcare sector specifically.

 

The IPO of Tibbiyah is considered the 6th listing by Aldukheil Financial Group in the Parallel Market Nomu since 2020; as well as marking Aldukeil Financial Group’s 50th listing in the Saudi markets.
