Enma Al Rawabi shareholders approve amending articles of association

Shareholders of Enma Al Rawabi Co. said in a bourse statement that its extraordinary general meeting (EGM), held on Feb. 21, approved amending some articles of association.

 

The amendments included the company's establishment, name, and headquarters, as well as subscription to shares. Other amendments covered the company’s management, the board meetings and dividend distribution.
