SAPTCO shareholders to vote on amending bylaws on April 10

Saudi Public Transport Co.’s (SAPTCO) shareholders will discuss amending Article 18 of the Bylaws related to the company’s management during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to be held on April 10, according to a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders registered in Tadawulaty system will be able to participate and vote on the agenda items as of April 6.
