eXtra postpones OGM to May 12

United Electronics Co. (eXtra) changed the date of the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) to May 12 from April 21, the company said in a bourse filing today, April 13.

 

The company also included voting on amending the audit committee charter to the meeting agenda.

 

Shareholders registered in Tadawulaty services will start voting on the meeting agenda from Sunday, May 8. Late in March, eXtra invited shareholders to vote on authorizing the board to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2022.

 

They will also vote on the board of directors’ decision on the dividend paid for H1 and H2 2021 at SAR 4.5 a share, or 45% of capital, totaling SAR 270 million.
