Raydan Food to start e-voting for EGM on April 16

Raydan Food Co. will start on April 16, the electronic voting on the agenda items of its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) that will be held on April 20, according to a bourse filing.

 

The company's shareholders will elect a new board for the upcoming three-year term, ending on April 20, 2025.
