Alinma Investment Co., the fund manager of Alinma Retail REIT Fund, approved the appointment of Haitham Hakim, as an independent board member, effective from April 21, according to a bourse filing.
The fund's board of directors includes Chairman Mazen Baghdadi, as well as Sultan Alkusayer, Mohammed Al Eisa, Faisal AlAbdulkarim, and Abdullah Al Dahayan as dependent members.
It also includes Ahmed Hassan, Sulaiman Alwutaid and Haitham Hakim as independent members.
